1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hotbet ("hotbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at https://hotbet.im ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the hotbet Platform, you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. hotbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of this Agreement and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hotbet Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hotbet enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of hotbet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, and you must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that covers your use of online gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age verification documents — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — may be requested from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by hotbet will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

Account Security

Refund Policy

Deposits made to your hotbet account are non-refundable once they have been credited to your account balance and wagered. Unplayed deposit balances may be refunded to the original payment source subject to successful identity verification and in the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements. hotbet does not offer refunds on settled bets under any circumstances, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error attributable to hotbet systems.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the hotbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on hotbet:

Bet Placement and Settlement

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid, regardless of the odds displayed at the time.
• hotbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets on sports events are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, or other applicable authority). In the case of a dispute over a result, hotbet's decision is final.
• In-play bets are subject to a latency delay and may be subject to pre-match odds at hotbet's discretion if placed after a material event has occurred but before the odds have been updated on the Platform.
• hotbet reserves the right to void any bet affected by a palpable error in odds, including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed error or human input mistake. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Technical Failures

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Closure

hotbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the prohibited activities set out in Section 6
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by hotbet
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Evidence that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful use of the Platform
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable toward hotbet staff or other players
• Any other situation in which hotbet determines that continued access to the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or hotbet itself

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your hotbet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any available balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — you will no longer be able to access the Platform using the closed account credentials. hotbet will retain records of your account activity for the period required by applicable data protection and anti-money laundering obligations.
